Return & Refund Policy
At Patel Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective
- The product is missing parts
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- The product must include original invoice and tags
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Proof (photo/video) may be required for damaged products
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
3. Refund Policy (Within 14 Days)
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your provided bank account
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 12 hour business days
