1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong item
• The product is defective
• The product is missing parts

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• The product must include original invoice and tags
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Proof (photo/video) may be required for damaged products

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

3. Refund Policy (Within 14 Days)

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your provided bank account

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 12 hour business days
